Self-ordering

Digital person
A voice agent that understands the request and closes the order. Declared as AI, with a one-tap route to a human.
Check-in and PMS
Booking lookup, documents, signature, extras, key encoding. In Italy guest identification must still happen de visu — we design around that rule, not against it.
Memberships and access
Cards, badges, NFC, renewals, credit top-ups, turnstiles and doors: the module behind gyms that stay open 24/7.
Telemetry and remote management
Stock, sales, faults, software version, staged updates with rollback, alarms when a machine stops reporting, uptime you can actually audit.
Integrations
POS, ERP, PMS, warehouse, CRM. We check what your system really allows before you buy hardware — reading a price list is easy, writing an order is not.
