Totem Vending designs and installs interactive kiosks and vending machines in Italy. The screen is a commodity: what we build is the software that finishes the job — takes the order, checks the guest in, sells the membership, charges the card, prints the fiscal receipt — plus the cladding that lets the machine live in a real room.

- 43 kiosk types, from wall-mounted and freestanding to flush in-wall, transparent, outdoor high-bright, drive-thru and robotic-arm units.
- Software written on your trade, not a template: self-ordering, check-in, memberships, lockers, signage, telemetry.
- A digital person that speaks, understands what the customer wants and closes the order — declared as AI, as the EU AI Act requires.
- Cladding designed with your architect: wood, painted metal, stone, brand graphics. Industrial inside, furniture outside.
- Italian 4.0 incentive (180% uplift under law 199/2025) prepared and documented, interconnection included.
